Express Service is a car service company for all the vehicle brands within the classic motors group. The company expressed an interest in creating an online reservation system for customers to make bookings for service. Customers should be notified of timeslots that are not available and recommend a vacant timeslots.
Ifusiontt proceeded to build a complete secure webportal which housed Express Service Customer base and all online bookings. A backend administration panel was also created for Express Staff so that they could view reservations, reports and customer concerns and feedback etc. This service provided a simple yet hassle free means by which satisified customers could have their car serviced.
